Exercise For Anti-Aging

Most adults do not get enough physical activity to optimize health and improve their quality of life. If we are sedentary, risk of premature death and disease to grow to the same extent as a smoker. Instead, the activities to adjust not only for fitness and health, but has also been shown to increase lifespan of about 3-5 years.

Exercise burns calories

Exercise burns calories which would otherwise be deposited in the fat around the abdominal area. Therefore, regular exercise is an important way to reduce abdominal fat and helps to control weight but also improves the percentage of muscle tissue from fat – the shift to translate the effect of aging.

Exercise is an anti-aging

Physical activity alters many factors that contribute to aging and diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, dementia, depression, osteoporosis and cancer. For example, physical activity reduces the effects of free radicals, inflammation, age, stress and helps to reduce cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure. Exercise is also the possibility of changing hormones that influence aging, among other things, reducing levels of insulin in the blood, and increase anti-aging hormones, growth hormone, testosterone and DHEA.
